Job Overview

The Macaron Sales Specialist at Woops Macarons is tasked with delivering outstanding customer experiences, showcasing and selling our exquisite macarons, and ensuring the kiosk is well-maintained and stocked. Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement:
  • Welcome customers with warmth and create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist patrons in choosing and purchasing macarons.
  • Provide comprehensive details about macaron varieties, ingredients, and any current promotions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Sales and Marketing:
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive macaron sales.
  • Encourage additional purchases to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Participate in promotional events to draw in customers.
  • Achieve or surpass personal sales goals and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the kiosk.
3. Kiosk Presentation:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk.
  • Display macarons and merchandise attractively to entice customers.
  • Restock products and manage inventory levels as necessary.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards for food handling and kiosk upkeep.
4. Financial Transactions:
  • Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Process customer payments, including cash and card transactions.
  • Manage returns and exchanges according to company guidelines.
  • Keep an accurate cash drawer and report any discrepancies to management.
5. Inventory Oversight:
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management of low inventory.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking new macaron shipments.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and support inventory management tasks.
6. Teamwork:
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow sales associates and management.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Offer support and assistance to team members as required.
