Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly evaluations of vehicle demonstrators.
  • Ensure adherence to information security protocols and relevant legislation.
  • Comprehend and comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive retail.
  • Assess inventory levels for new and used vehicles based on market and customer insights.
  • Implement a comprehensive menu selling strategy to optimize the finance department's profitability and product reach.
  • Manage relationships with lending institutions.
  • Oversee the daily processing of departmental paperwork to guarantee timely deal closures.
  • Exemplify a commitment to supporting the sales team in achieving its objectives.
  • Demonstrate high standards of professional ethics, morals, and customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to enforce effective selling practices.
  • Establish and maintain the finance department's work schedule.
  • Complete all required training as directed by management.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in automotive sales, particularly in finance and insurance.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
  • Proficient in computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
