- Oversee all sales activities within the neighborhoods, ensuring each project is effectively managed and sales progress is consistently tracked.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics and strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members, fostering a positive and high-performance sales culture.
- Implement ongoing training and development programs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop community-specific sales campaigns, promotions, and events that drive traffic and interest.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate and updated product information is available for clients and sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Sales leadership experience, preferably in the home building industry or real estate.
- Proven success in leading sales teams to exceed targets in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of the custom home building process, residential construction, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
