About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Master's Transportation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure responsiveness and eliminate competition on bids/RFPs
  • Manage all sales activities within assigned territory, including travel to make sales visits
  • Work with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and proactively search for new business
Requirements
  • Auto industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to operate responsibly and independently without supervision
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
