Sales Director

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Sarasota area office. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and directing a team of sales professionals to achieve commercial and major accounts assignments.
Key Responsibilities:- Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate, and manage members of a world-class sales organization.
- Aggressively stimulate, review, and monitor all business activity to ensure achievement of activity goals.
- Ensure achievement of branch sales and profitability objectives.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue streams.
- Provide quarterly evaluations of sales organization productivity.
- Understand each employee's strengths and weaknesses with recommendations to develop these areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes.
- Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers.
- 4-6 years of strong track record selling and managing High Tech or Information Technology sales professionals in the Copier & Printer industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and professional sales coaching/development experience.
- Experience in accurately forecasting and managing high-growth sales with a proven track record.
