Hotel Sales Director

As a Hotel Sales Director at Crescent Services, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to previous, current, and potential clients. This includes conducting site inspections, interviewing and hiring staff, and developing persuasive verbal sales presentations. You will also be responsible for handling account details, coordinating department participation, and representing the hotel at trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Interview, hire, and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Handle account details to ensure all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and events.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and clients.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
