PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the performance of kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of product quality and workflow efficiency. Implement necessary enhancements.
  • Adhere to daily production schedules, menus, and recipes to manage food preparation in the assigned section.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen personnel in the preparation and presentation of dishes to meet established standards.
  • Coordinate food procurement and inventory management to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Maintain food quality, manage costs, and uphold sanitation regulations.
  • Address special requests from guests and collect feedback for ongoing enhancement.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Capability to comprehend and execute instructions with precision.
  • Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to function amidst interruptions and possess comprehensive knowledge of the culinary industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Culinary Management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Skilled in presenting information to diverse audiences.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Participation in meetings for updates and scheduling is expected.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, bend, and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Exposure to environments with smoke and elevated noise levels.
