TireHub LLC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on fostering and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service through both incoming and outgoing communications, and providing assistance across various functions. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Lead and other internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and manage order processing
  • Conduct outbound calls and campaigns as required
  • Escalate unresolved customer concerns to appropriate departments
  • Encourage customer engagement with self-service options
  • Facilitate effective communication between Sales and Operations teams
  • Offer B2B and Accounts Receivable support as necessary
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Lead
  • Core Competencies: Customer Orientation, Resourcefulness, Results-Driven, Team Collaboration

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record in effective telephone communication
  • Preferred knowledge of products and industry standards

Skills and Abilities:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
