Job Title

We are seeking a Results-Driven Sales Representative to actively engage customer prospects and drive new revenue through our home security solutions.

About the Role

This is a quota-carrying position, primarily responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving sales quotas with uncapped commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly assigned sales goals by effectively communicating AAA's value propositions.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through each interaction, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prospect and follow up with leads by phone and email, utilizing sales skills to upsell products based on member individual needs.
Requirements:
  • Ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision makers, building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication of product features and benefits.
  • Genuine passion for sales discipline and helping clients succeed, thriving in fast-moving environments.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to base salary, there may be opportunities for commissions and bonuses, aligning with your sales performance.
