Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines brokerage team at Legacy Risk, an Alera Group Company. This role will involve assisting producers with new and renewal business, providing technical advice to handle coverage issues and needs, and conducting exposure analysis for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in building strong professional relationships with clients, resulting in high levels of business retention. They will adhere to all operational policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of quality products and services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' prior professional experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales, or Account Manager in a retail insurance agency. They will hold a Property & Casualty license and have CISR or CIC designations, preferred. Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills are essential, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact at all company levels while maintaining confidentiality.
