Business Development Manager

Job Summary:The Sr. Account Executive plays a vital role in managing our prospective and emerging clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met efficiently. You will be responsible for supporting and executing all client-facing initiatives while developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our clients and prospects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and prospects.
- Conduct thorough research on accounts to identify key players and generate interest.
- Negotiate contract terms and staffing fees that benefit all parties.
- Collaborate with clients to obtain qualified job requirements and develop creative recruiting solutions.
- Proactively solve problems and maintain client expectations.
- Provide valuable market research to clients and teammates.
- Work with peers to develop target account strategies and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, and/or Sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A consistent track record of hitting sales goals and numbers.
- Bachelor's degree.
Salary Range:$65K - $100K plus incentive compensation.
