Front Office Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations at Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati/Kenwood. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained by the front desk staff.
- Manage and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff to provide a smooth guest experience.
- Prepare daily reports, manage budgets, and maintain inventory of front office supplies.
- Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be able to stand on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software.
- US work authorization.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift.
