Location: Cincinnati, OH
Position Overview:
The Front Desk Operations Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all registration and scheduling activities within the department. This role includes managing staff and ensuring efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all registration and scheduling processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage staffing, workflows, and communication with physicians and other departments.
- Conduct training, evaluations, and audits to maintain high standards of service.
- Facilitate effective communication with patients, staff, and management.
- Utilize IT systems to enhance problem-solving and improve patient satisfaction.
- Generate and maintain reports reflecting daily operations and performance metrics.
- Possess extensive knowledge of reporting capabilities within the current system.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant business experience, with 1-2 years in a front desk role.
- Strong PC skills, customer service expertise, and team development capabilities.
- Proficient in problem-solving and knowledgeable about front desk operations.
