Front Desk Operations Supervisor

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Position Overview:

The Front Desk Operations Supervisor is accountable for overseeing all registration and scheduling activities within the department. This role includes managing staff and ensuring efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all registration and scheduling processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage staffing, workflows, and communication with physicians and other departments.
  • Conduct training, evaluations, and audits to maintain high standards of service.
  • Facilitate effective communication with patients, staff, and management.
  • Utilize IT systems to enhance problem-solving and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Generate and maintain reports reflecting daily operations and performance metrics.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of reporting capabilities within the current system.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant business experience, with 1-2 years in a front desk role.
  • Strong PC skills, customer service expertise, and team development capabilities.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and knowledgeable about front desk operations.
