- Manage front desk schedules, payroll, and time-off requests

- Participate in in-service education classes and on-the-job training programs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
The Front Desk Supervisor will work primarily in the reception and mail room area, subject to frequent interruptions and interactions with residents, staff, and visitors. The ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations is essential.
