Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Desk operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Front Desk or customer service role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
