Key Responsibilities

The Assistant General Manager/Taskforce Manager will report directly to the General Manager of the designated property. This role is pivotal in supporting the GM in overseeing and ensuring the success of various departments, including housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food & beverage services. A proactive approach is essential to effectively manage customer service quality, cleanliness ratings, and the PM program, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Additional responsibilities include managing daily hotel operations to meet established goals for operational excellence, as indicated by revenue, profit margins, and RevPAR index, while upholding company standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection. This role may also involve managing purchasing and payroll processes for the property. Furthermore, the Assistant General Manager will participate in the recruitment and hiring of new team members, as well as in implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of managerial experience and demonstrate strong leadership qualities along with a professional demeanor towards both associates and guests.

• Flexibility in work hours is required, as the schedule for this management role will vary.

• Work Authorization: Candidates without legal authorization to work in the job location will not be considered.
