This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and experienced influencer expert to lead a thriving influencer practice serving some of the world's leading brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for structuring the workflow, overseeing contract negotiations, and assisting in the development of the team.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee and manage assignments for a dedicated team responsible for all campaigns.
  • Ensure timelines are clear, communication is excellent, and delivery is on time and on budget.
  • Work with our strategy team and tech partners to provide guidelines on measurement methodology.
  • Manage ongoing business needs, including contract negotiation, legal, business development, and overall quality/health of the business.
  • Provide client counsel and advice to both internal teams and clients on the best influencer and creator content plans based on metrics and brand goals.
  • Manage campaign evaluation, highlighting strengths and identifying opportunities to improve future campaigns.
  • Create a positive work environment where team members feel supported and engaged.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Well-organized with great time management skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Networking aptitude.
  • Experience evaluating, negotiating, briefing, planning, and procurement of influencer or creator partners.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, contracting, content creation oversight, and risk evaluation, measurement approaches.
  • Ability to manage budgets and interdisciplinary account teams and account profitability.
  • Good work ethic and the know-how to get work done.
