Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of influencer-driven content campaigns across gamigo AG's brands, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, asset collection, and performance analysis.
  • Create and maintain influencer lists tailored to specific niches (e.g., gaming, lifestyle) and industries.
  • Facilitate talent contract negotiations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored creative briefs that align influencer capabilities with brand objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with various marketing departments to streamline content approvals and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics to enhance future strategies.
  • Compile comprehensive campaign reports utilizing data analysis tools.
  • Share insights and best practices across teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and sustain relationships with influencers and their representatives on behalf of gamigo AG.
  • Support the curation and briefing of talent for user-generated content initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of influencer strategies in response to requests for proposals and proactive opportunities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative influencer marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns, including influencer identification, rate negotiations, and content coordination.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting methodologies.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
