We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our Brand & Influencer marketing team at Tatcha. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives and day-to-day management with our influencer community.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with managing vendor/partner relationships, including influencer/talent agencies/agents, event production, and scheduling.
- Oversee product inventory, including placing/tracking product orders and managing fulfillment for the team, forecasting new launch gratis needs.
- Grow micro-influencer program development.
- Identify new influencers and talent and assist with building innovative programs/initiatives to expand the community while deepening existing relationships.
- Support with strategy, vision, and execution of Influencer Marketing at Tatcha to reach overall brand and business strategy.
- Assist with building out and implementing strategy for talent partnerships both on and offline.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns, go-to-market launches, growth initiatives, events, and more.
- Manage day-to-day correspondence with multiple partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencer platforms.
- Measure and report on program performance using in-house analytics and third-party tools; share insights and results with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
- Support manager with measuring, tracking, and optimizing performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs.
- Analyze social data, identify trends, and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills) and then apply these to future programs.
- Manage day-to-day bookings of relationship-building activities for the team.
- Assist with tracking and updating team budgets following activations; manage payment to vendors.
- Stay up-to-date on influencer trends and tools and provide recommendations on influencer execution for larger marketing programs.
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to accuracy.
- Experience in influencer marketing within the beauty or fashion industries.
- Approach people with a friendly and hospitable attitude, anticipating others' needs and acting in service of them where possible.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
- Professional who can juggle a dynamic workday that may include tasks in and outside an office environment.

- B.A. in Communications, Marketing, or similar.
- 3-4 years of experience in influencer and social media marketing. Experience in beauty and/or skincare preferred.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for influencers and social media.
- Comfortable with G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, Calendar, Slides.
- Familiar with file management systems (Box, Dropbox, or similar).
- Experience with influencer software platforms (Tribe Dynamics/CreatorIQ, Traackr, GRIN or similar).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors, including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company's discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
