Design and build effective influencer marketing teams for major client projects.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and target demographics, and work closely with Creative, Insights, and Client Experience teams to lead the development and execution of integrated multi-platform campaigns that yield significant results.

Formulate social influencer strategies collaboratively to align with strategic priorities and produce strategic outputs with minimal oversight.

Work in close partnership with strategy, creative, paid media, and broader agency teams to implement program initiatives.

Proactively nurture and retain talent in the West region through mentorship and coaching; identify and promote training, development, and career advancement opportunities for team members.

Collaborate effectively with inter-agency teams to create comprehensive plans and fully integrated strategies for clients.

Lead a high-performing team, mentoring and developing junior staff members.



Qualifications:

9+ years of experience, ideally within an agency setting. Strong grasp of the influencer marketing landscape and proven expertise in managing influencer programs and leading effective influencer marketing teams.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including paid promotion and campaign optimization.

Familiarity with a wide range of social, media, and influencer analytics tools.

Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks with excellent time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Experience in team leadership is a plus.
