About the Role
The Relationships team at 1000heads is a dynamic group of social media enthusiasts and specialists dedicated to managing influencer partnerships. As a Senior Manager of Influencer Relations, you will collaborate with various departmental experts, including Accounts, Insights, Design, and Strategy, to create impactful social-first initiatives for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding their unique needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with influencers at all levels to foster trust and facilitate open communication.
- Lead the profiling process to ensure the team has a comprehensive understanding of target audiences.
- Ensure adherence to profiling procedures, including briefing and approval processes.
- Maintain a high standard of campaign engagement, considering ethical implications.
- Collaborate with the team to generate innovative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
- Respond promptly to all communications from influencers and manage ongoing relationship maintenance.
- Oversee budget tracking, invoice management, legal agreements, and compliance.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate events and activations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing circumstances.
- Identify and engage with new creators for potential collaborations.
- Ensure all events align with client budgets and secure client approval for expenditures.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in account management or influencer relations.
- Experience in an agency setting or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand complex information.
- Results-oriented with a focus on quality and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate tact and discretion.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- A passionate, energetic, and confident team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
