About the Role
Future Publishing Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and innovative Influencer Marketing Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing influencer marketing strategies across our diverse range of brands. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with key influencers across various sectors, while overseeing the creation and dissemination of engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of sponsored content initiatives involving influencers across Future's extensive portfolio, including tasks such as talent sourcing, outreach, negotiations, briefing, asset collection, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Develop influencer lists tailored to specific niches (e.g., fashion, beauty) and sectors (e.g., gaming, technology).
- Assist in the precise execution of talent contracts and negotiations, ensuring attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Branded Content team to design customized creative briefs for each campaign that align with both the influencer's identity and the brand's objectives.
- Monitor multiple timelines and budgets to guarantee that campaigns progress smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Work collaboratively with various Marketing teams to facilitate content approvals and provide ongoing updates to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing and reporting on performance metrics during campaigns to enhance effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive campaign wrap reports utilizing CreatorIQ.
- Compile insights and share best practices across teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Foster and maintain relationships with influencers and their representatives on behalf of Future.
- Assist in curating and briefing talent options for user-generated content (UGC) editorial projects.
- Eventually support the pre-sale process by developing influencer strategies in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and proactive opportunities, including pricing talent tiers and defining scopes of work.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the gaming, entertainment, and technology sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to devise innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing influencer campaigns, including influencer identification, rate negotiations, and content coordination.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
