POSITION SUMMARY
As an Influencer Relations Account Executive, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing connections with prominent figures, influencers, celebrities, and industry leaders. Your main goal will be to strategically align talent collaborations with our clients' brands and initiatives, enhancing their visibility and reputation in the market. You will work closely with our teams to craft engaging narratives and ensure the smooth integration of talent into our clients' media and promotional strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Management: Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with high-profile individuals, influencers, and industry experts that resonate with our clients' target demographics and brand identity.
- Strategic Partnerships: Formulate and execute talent partnership strategies that align with our clients' objectives, ensuring optimal exposure and favorable brand associations.
- Relationship Development: Establish and maintain robust relationships with talent, their representatives, and agents, fostering trust and loyalty for long-term collaborations.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in media, public relations, and storytelling.
- Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams, including PR, marketing, social media, and creative, to seamlessly integrate talent into campaigns, events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Media Coordination: Organize talent involvement in media engagements, events, press conferences, and public appearances, providing necessary guidance and support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- (Preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase strategic outcomes achieved for non-profits, foundations, or social and racial justice initiatives.
- Established relationships with journalists in major media markets.
- Proven experience in talent relations or management within the entertainment, PR, or marketing sectors.
- A strong network of industry contacts, including talent agents and publicists.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- A discerning eye for talent and an understanding of the unique attributes that contribute to an individual's influence.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- This role requires in-office collaboration on a designated schedule.
