Church & Dwight's International Sales and Marketing division operates in over 130 countries and is one of the fastest-growing segments within the company.

The Senior Brand Strategy Associate,


International Marketing position is vital to our International team, responsible for shaping the Waterpik international brand strategy, identifying and accelerating global product launch opportunities, and managing aspects of global brand equity for the Waterpik brand.

This role will achieve its goals through close collaboration with the Waterpik U.S. Marketing team, our global subsidiary marketers, and our Global Markets Group Sales & Marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:
Assist the Senior Brand Manager in crafting, implementing, and monitoring brand growth strategies for both the short and long term.

Provide comprehensive marketing support to international markets to facilitate the execution of core brand strategies.

Serve as a bridge between U.S. Waterpik and International Marketing teams to represent international needs and evaluate the impact of initiatives on the global business.

Oversee global monitoring and analysis of syndicated sales and market share data while assessing competitive trends.

New Product Development:
Support key project execution for local markets, including new product launches, line extensions, packaging redesigns, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., U.S. Marketing, R&D/Engineering, Operations, Trademark, and Regulatory) to ensure product eligibility and compliance.


Work with Supply Chain to guarantee operational continuity and excellence in the ongoing sales and expansion of our brands internationally.

Track and report on global new product rollouts and performance against planned objectives.

Brand Equity Management:
Assist in developing the global brand footprint through brand positioning and communication strategies.

Contribute to the creative brief process and the development of global brand communications, including advertising for traditional and digital media.

Oversee the packaging development process to ensure global consistency.

Coordinate and disseminate communication plans to maintain consistent global brand communication strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

3+ years of experience in classic CPG marketing.


Must be self-driven, solution-oriented, collaborative, and capable of working under tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on changing business needs.

Experience working with international markets is strongly preferred.

Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not required.


This role will operate under a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility between remote and in-office work.
