Role Overview:
The Sales Strategy & Enablement Performance Manager III is a pivotal role that collaborates with Sales Strategy SBU Directors to assess and analyze strategic changes. This position is essential for making informed recommendations regarding pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies, managing across multiple SBUs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine Customer, Brand, and Channel Strategies utilizing a variety of analytical tools.
  • Oversee the performance of data and analytics systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Create execution plans to adapt strategies or formulate go-to-market action plans aimed at closing business gaps.
  • Identify and communicate sales opportunities and potential risks in collaboration with Brand, Sales Strategy, RGM, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor compliance and conduct impact analyses related to DSMP.
  • Lead discussions on New Item Validation, ensuring alignment with NPD/Brand and field sales feedback.
  • Coordinate tracking necessary for implementing brand product transitions.
  • Act as the primary Sales Strategy liaison to the Business Planning and Revenue Growth Management processes.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Field Sales, and Sales Operations within a CPG Headquarters environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of retailer go-to-market strategies and channel dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer point of sale data systems.
