Role Summary:
We are seeking passionate and skilled Luxury Fashion Sales Consultants to enhance our team. This role offers an hourly wage plus performance bonuses. Our consultants are not just responsible for customer service; they play a crucial role in crafting memorable shopping experiences and driving sales through their own client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through effective client engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and care instructions.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, customer service protocols, and company policies.
- Develop and nurture a personal client portfolio to encourage long-term loyalty.
- Follow customer service standards, including proper greeting techniques and handling returns and exchanges.
- Assist customers with gift wrapping and packaging.
- Support administrative tasks such as phone inquiries and order processing.
- Participate in merchandising and display initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized and adheres to high cleanliness standards.
Daily Tasks:
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain accountability at the point of sale.
- Engage in special projects as assigned by management.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required; a degree in Fashion or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in high-end retail or boutique sales.
- Proficient in inventory management and customer sales techniques.
- Experienced in processing transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Familiar with shipment preparation and processing systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for office tasks.
