Community Services of America, CSA is seeking a highly professional and personally ethical Outside Sales Representative to manage a personal territory in Missouri.
We offer a base salary plus commission or a straight commission plan, along with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, STD, flex card, dependent care, company paid LTD, and 1 times earning Life Insurance up to $50,000, and 401k Company matches 50% of first 6% contribution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven 5-10 years of inside/outside sales success or comparable experience, and the ability to travel up to three/four nights per week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal territory and build client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer support
- Respect the company in an honest and ethical manner
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of outside B2B or B2C sales experience
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Ability to travel away from home 3/4 nights a week
- Someone who will not sacrifice personal integrity for professional gain
