Residential Sales Representative

At D.H. Pace Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team in Columbia, Missouri. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality garage door solutions to homeowners in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and diagnose customer garage door problems
- Design customized door solutions
- Make in-home sales presentations using product samples and design software
- Build long-lasting relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory
- Prospect with remodel contractors and HOAs, and utilize prequalified company leads and marketing support to grow your territory
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum of two years outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with contacts at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
