Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Triple 333 Beverages LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the market, building relationships with distributor partners, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a sales territory to achieve sales targets and expand market share
* Build and maintain relationships with distributor partners, on-premise, and off-premise accounts
* Conduct tastings and work sponsored promotional events to educate partners and consumers about our products
* Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
* Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales and company leadership
Requirements:
* 1-3 years proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beverage industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
* Passionate about being at the cutting edge of the beverage industry
* Self-motivated with a high level of energy and ability to work independently
* Familiarity with the on-premise and off-premise account landscape in your territory
* Valid and un-suspended driver's license and access to a reliable automobile
* Willingness to travel within assigned sales region and work nights and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Business degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years Beverage Alcohol or Hemp Derived THC Industry Experience
* Proficiency using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
* Proficiency using CRM system, route optimization and accountability software
Benefits:
* Base Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience and location
* Annual Bonus: 25% based on company performance
* Monthly Commission: ~ $4000 based on personal performance
* Car Allowance: $750.00
* Cell Phone & Internet Allowance: Up to $150.00 per month
* Vacation: 15 Days PTO + designated Company Holidays
