Job Overview

As a Field Sales Representative at Triple 333 Beverages LLC, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributor partners, on-premise, and off-premise accounts.
  • Secure new placements and manage the ongoing requirements of existing accounts.
  • Represent Triple 333 Beverages LLC's values and ethos in every interaction, serving as a brand ambassador and educating partners and consumers about our products.
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales and company leadership, contributing to the overall success of the brand.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will reside in Columbia or the surrounding areas and be able to effectively cover a sales territory encompassing other parts of Central Missouri. The candidate should have 1-3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beverage industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, are essential. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, are also required. The candidate should be self-motivated, with a high level of energy and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the on-premise and off-premise account landscape in the territory is a plus. A valid and un-suspended driver's license and access to a reliable automobile are also required. The candidate should be willing to travel within assigned sales regions and work nights and weekends to support account and special event activations, samplings, and festivals as needed. Ability to lift 50 lbs is also required. Successful completion of a background check upon acceptance of the offer is mandatory.
