Territory Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction companies in the Columbia, mid-Missouri market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Forge + Build products and services to potential and current customers
- Maintain monthly sales quotas and customer experience ratings
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase the overall Forge + Build market share and improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with the General Manager on territory sales initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience
- Ability to physically visit locations within assigned territory
- Previous sales experience in the construction industry preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
