Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Receptionist to join our team at TEKsystems in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a positive experience at our site.
  • Coordinate vendor visits, manage access badges, and report any issues to the Lead Facilities Coordinator.
  • Order breakroom supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Receive mail and packages, distribute outgoing mail, and maintain a log of all activity.
  • Process work orders via Tririga and provide temporary parking passes as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of office operations, facilities management, and customer service principles.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification preferred.
  • A reliable and professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
