Join us in our mission to enhance the world through advanced technology. The Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations (CSO) team is dedicated to crafting and executing global sales initiatives that elevate customer experiences and boost Apple Channel sales.

We are in search of a remarkable AI Data Product Manager to conceptualize, design, and execute the vision and architecture for our AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.

In collaboration with our decision support and data intelligence teams, you will spearhead the development of these innovative domains, ensuring we build robust capabilities to support our data-driven digital transformation across our channel sales platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  1. AI & Data Technology: Formulate a comprehensive vision and strategy for our data and AI technology framework and architecture.

  2. Data Integrity: Establish and manage data quality standards and strategies to guarantee precise business outcomes.

  3. Data Science & Machine Learning: Design and construct interconnected data models and algorithms to address business inquiries and assess causal impacts.

  4. NLP Development: Transform data science prototypes into functional NLP applications, train machine learning models, and enhance libraries for NLP tasks and ongoing analyses.

  5. Digital Transformation: Propel digitization, automation, process enhancements, and a data-first culture within the channel sales and operations team.

  6. Collaborative Efforts: Partner with cross-functional data teams, including Finance, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and IS&T, to develop a world-class AI technology stack and processes.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in product leadership roles across major internet companies and startups.
  • Proven experience in data-driven digital transformation projects utilizing AI/ML/NLP technologies.
  • Strong foundation in mathematical modeling, regression analysis, and consumer decision-making theories.
  • Proficient in R/Python, NLP, and other essential languages for ETL data pipelines, such as SQL.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Engineering is preferred.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and developing complex decision-making systems.
  • Expertise in building product and data technology stacks, architecture design, and development.
  • Proficient in industry-standard data analysis and reporting tools, including Tableau.
  • Product management mindset with deep business acumen.
  • Ability to communicate results effectively to non-technical audiences while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional design skills, along with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to deliver large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high complexity and ambiguity.
  • A global perspective and experience in sales, consulting, business performance analytics, or change management are preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of clear communication with executive partners and across cross-functional teams.
