Position: Senior Architect for AI Solutions (Generative AI)

Work Arrangement: Remote - Available in TX/FL/BC/ON

Role Summary:

The Senior Architect for AI Solutions will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.

Experience Required: Over 10 years in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and delivery of innovative solutions utilizing Generative AI capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive solution architecture and design frameworks, including logical, process, development, physical, and scenario perspectives.
  • Collaborate with product management to gather requirements and establish project timelines.
  • Work in tandem with software engineering teams to ensure solutions meet and exceed product specifications.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement.
  • Deliver solutions that are highly available, resilient, adaptable, stable, self-healing, and globally redundant.
  • Utilize strong enterprise architecture skills to create scalable and robust AI solutions.
  • Manage an architecture or engineering team, overseeing their professional and technical development, as well as solution delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software and infrastructure architecture and development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with AI or Generative AI applications and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Experience in creating detailed architecture and design models.
  • Hands-on experience with technology, including creating proof-of-concepts (POCs) and software development.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master, managing the planning and delivery of complex solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise technologies with a successful track record in architecting and deploying robust, scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models, services, and solutions.
  • Experience in developing enterprise architecture and design models.
  • Proficiency in prototyping and developing solutions using Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS and Azure services and their advantages.

Desirable Experience:

  • Relevant certifications in cloud architecture or AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior engineers.
  • A passion for creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.
