You will take charge of the comprehensive leadership and execution of solutions from the initial requirement analysis to the final implementation. Your extensive expertise in cutting-edge technologies and industry practices will play a crucial role in shaping results.

Your Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Solutions Architect is tasked with collaborating closely with clients to comprehend essential business objectives and devise technical solutions that align with their operational needs and specifications. This role necessitates the application of AI technologies to fulfill these requirements.

This position specifically demands a blend of consultative acumen, technical proficiency, and the latest AI software to assist clients in crafting solutions that incorporate conversational and generative AI.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Evaluating client environments to confirm they meet all necessary prerequisites
  • Upgrading or installing prerequisites in client environments as required
  • Analyzing client conversational and generative AI applications and their needs
  • Formulating clients' conversational and generative AI strategies (including approaches, dependencies, and impacts)
  • Supporting clients in the design and implementation of conversational and generative AI applications
  • Aiding clients with production planning and assessments

Throughout the solution development process, the Senior Technical Solutions Architect will facilitate workshops, discussions, and presentations to help clients grasp the benefits of proposed solutions and best practices in conversational and generative AI, including prompt engineering, chatbot development, and information retrieval.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Proficiency with generative AI models and platforms.
2. Familiarity with conversational AI platforms.
3. Experience in comprehensive solution architecture.
4. Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
5. Strong aptitude for understanding client needs and challenges, applying technology effectively to address them.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
1. Background in Data Science and traditional AI/ML model evaluation.
2. Experience with Generative AI technologies.
3. Knowledge of chatbot development.
4. Understanding of AI Governance principles.
5. Software development experience (Java, Python).
