As an IT Solutions Architect, your responsibilities will include:
An IT Service Management (ITSM) architect plays a crucial role in enhancing IT services through various responsibilities, including:
- **Assessment and Analysis**: Evaluating existing service tickets, applications, and technology stacks to provide comprehensive assessments.
- **Technical Design Review**: Analyzing and recommending enhancements to both technical and functional design specifications.
- **ServiceNow Implementation**: Leading extensive deployments, including multi-tenancy and domain segregation strategies.
- **Module Management**: Overseeing the rollout, maintenance, and customization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- **Advisory Services**: Delivering expert-level consulting services, including process automation utilizing ITSM tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range: $125,000 - $147,000 per annum.
*The offered salary will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
