Position Summary
We are in search of a distinguished Technical Solution Architect who possesses a strong aptitude for pre-sales interactions. This position demands an individual who can adeptly navigate the convergence of business and technology, breaking through industry confines to devise groundbreaking solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead pre-sales initiatives, utilizing your technical expertise and business insight to develop persuasive solutions that resonate with prospective clients and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales initiatives, working in tandem with sales teams to comprehend client needs and complex business challenges, crafting customized technical solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Create and deliver impactful, client-facing proposals, leveraging your expertise to effectively communicate the technical elements of proposed solutions.
  • Serve as the main technical liaison during pre-sales engagements, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and questions regarding technical feasibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, providing insights into emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Design and architect proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demonstrations to illustrate the value proposition of proposed solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to produce compelling materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations that emphasize technical innovation and thought leadership.
  • Conduct technical workshops and presentations to inform clients about solution capabilities, benefits, and implementation strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine pre-sales strategies, integrating feedback and industry insights to enhance the effectiveness of solution presentations.
  • Work with post-sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales activities to solution implementation, providing essential technical insights and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications).
  • Over 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Solution Architect or in a similar capacity, with a proven record of successful pre-sales engagements across various industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enterprise architecture principles, solution design, and integration methodologies.
  • Expertise in a broad range of technologies (cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, AI/ML, IoT, etc.) to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to align technical solutions with client business goals.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end solution development, from ideation to pre-sales support, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
