Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI Solutions Architect to join our team at AugmentJobs. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve user engagement. Collaboration with diverse teams will be essential as you create and deploy AI models, algorithms, and applications. This position demands robust technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, alongside the capability to apply these methodologies to address intricate challenges and deliver scalable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI Model Creation:
    • Craft, develop, and execute AI models and algorithms to tackle business challenges, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
    • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to enhance performance and precision.
  2. Implementation and Integration:
    • Construct scalable and effective AI pipelines and systems for data collection, processing, model training, assessment, and deployment.
    • Incorporate AI models into live environments and work alongside software engineers to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and applications.
  3. Testing and Assessment:
    • Design and conduct experiments to assess and benchmark the performance of AI models.
    • Establish testing frameworks and methodologies to validate model robustness and dependability.
  4. Research and Development:
    • Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
    • Investigate and prototype novel AI techniques and algorithms to foster innovation and enhance current solutions.
  5. Documentation and Communication:
    • Document AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.
    • Communicate findings, insights, and technical solutions to stakeholders in clear and comprehensible terms.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar capacity, with practical experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong grasp of machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of deploying AI models in cloud settings.
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, testing, and agile methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions across various sectors.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud AI Engineer) are a plus.
