SambaNova Systems is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect. Key Responsibilities

  • Industry Knowledge: Leverage your extensive knowledge of diverse sectors to pinpoint and tackle specific challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through AI/ML.
  • Use Case Evaluation: Partner with clients and internal teams to assess real-world applications and business challenges across different industries.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Utilize your background in AI/ML applications, especially in natural language processing and computer vision, to create solutions that resolve intricate issues across various fields.
  • Solution Engineering: Design comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) workflows and starter kits that facilitate the implementation and adoption of AI/ML solutions for our clients.
  • Data Preparation: Examine and preprocess industry-specific data, ensuring its readiness for AI/ML processes.
  • Model Customization: Tailor machine learning models (including large language models and vision models) and workflows to meet the unique challenges of specific industries.
  • Validation and Testing: Execute thorough testing and validation of solutions to confirm their efficacy in addressing industry-specific challenges.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of the solutions provided, E2E workflows, and starter kits, along with best practices for overcoming challenges in various sectors.
  • Ongoing Education: Remain informed about the latest advancements in AI/ML and various industries to drive innovation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in the AI/ML sector, with a strong history of addressing customer-specific use cases across different industries.

Additional Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working across multiple sectors, with a robust understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Langchain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities.

Compensation Overview

The base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 annually. This range is based on the role, level, and location, reflecting the salary target for new hires in the US. Individual compensation within this range will depend on various factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
