Position Overview

You will take charge of the overall leadership and execution of solutions from the initial requirement gathering to the final implementation.

Your Responsibilities

The Business Automation Solution Architect serves as a trusted advisor and change leader, guiding clients in transforming their business processes through Intelligent Automation utilizing our advanced Business Automation and AI solutions.

Your key duties will include:

  • Assessing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, requirements, and user needs.
  • Independently designing and architecting effective solutions that align with overarching business strategies, while addressing any potential bottlenecks or disruptions.
  • Leading client modernization workshops and preparing presentations that showcase architectural solutions and design methodologies.
  • Actively participating in the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring a hands-on approach to client engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Business Automation tools, including hands-on expertise in workflow management, rules processing, document ingestion, and intelligent document processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement solution architectures from inception to completion, managing activities and technical risks while adhering to best practices.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, as well as CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and a solid understanding of containerization and Kubernetes, with knowledge of OpenShift being advantageous.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with senior client personnel to workshop, analyze, modernize, and optimize business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in content management solutions related to containerization.
  • Proficient in developing content management and production workflow solutions.
  • Experience in integrating and developing business automation solution architectures.
