Position Summary
We are in search of a distinguished Technical Solutions Architect who possesses a strong aptitude for pre-sales interactions. This position demands an individual adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, creating forward-thinking solutions that address industry challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead pre-sales initiatives, utilizing your technical expertise and business insight to develop persuasive solutions that resonate with prospective clients and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales initiatives, partnering with sales teams to comprehend client needs and complex business challenges, crafting customized technical solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Create and deliver impactful, client-facing proposals, utilizing your knowledge to effectively communicate the technical elements of proposed solutions.
  • Serve as the main technical liaison during pre-sales processes, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and assessing technical feasibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, providing insights into emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to foster innovation.
  • Design and architect proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demonstrations to illustrate the value of proposed solutions to potential clients.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations that showcase technical innovation and leadership.
  • Conduct technical workshops and presentations to inform clients about solution capabilities, advantages, and implementation strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance pre-sales strategies, integrating feedback and industry insights to improve the effectiveness of solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales activities to solution implementation, providing essential technical insights and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications).
  • Over 10 years of proven experience as a Technical Solutions Architect or in a similar capacity, with a successful track record in pre-sales engagements across various industries.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles, solution design, and integration methodologies.
  • Expertise in a broad range of technologies (cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, AI/ML, IoT, etc.) to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with client business goals.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end solution development, from ideation to pre-sales support, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
