Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with professors and department leaders to understand their needs and showcase the value of Top Hat's products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize revenue growth
  • Travel to campuses within your territory to prospect professors and demonstrate the value of Top Hat's solutions
What We're Looking For:
  • A highly motivated and achievement-oriented individual with 2+ years of experience in a high-volume sales role
  • Excellent sales skills, including the ability to drive and close large/complex deals, prospect effectively, and run the full sales cycle
  • A strong ability to interpret and apply feedback/coaching quickly
  • A valid Driver's License and willingness to travel up to 40-50% of the time
