Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at All-Stat Portable. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
- Prepare and present reports on account status to internal stakeholders
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key accounts at all levels of an organization
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the long-term care or skilled nursing facility environments is a plus
