About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at All-Stat Portable. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
  • Prepare and present reports on account status to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key accounts at all levels of an organization
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the long-term care or skilled nursing facility environments is a plus
