Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication and Relationship Building: Support senior account management in day-to-day client communications and relationship building, ensuring timely and effective communication to meet client objectives.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic account plans to achieve client objectives, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Service Delivery and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Account Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients, driving revenue growth and increasing client value.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus but not required.
