Position Overview

The Guest Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patrons at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the venue.
  • Prior to seating, ascertain whether guests are staying at the hotel or are visiting from outside.
  • Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system effectively, including managing check openings and closures, along with proficiency in reservation platforms.
  • Accurately input all necessary details into the reservation management system.
  • Notify the designated server once guests have been seated.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and setting up or breaking down areas as required.
  • Act as the manager's representative in their absence, ensuring the ambiance is suitable by monitoring music, lighting, and the arrangement of tables and chairs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

As a Guest Relations Coordinator at Norma's, the compensation is set at $18.00 per hour.
