Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate concierge-type services to exceed guest expectations

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems
