Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate on the Inside Sales team, you will collaborate with a skilled group of leaders, marketers, and product specialists who possess extensive knowledge in commercial real estate and digital marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth for CoStar LoopNet Digital Advertising by selling advertising and marketing solutions to new clients while expanding existing customer accounts through expert guidance on effective online property advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Utilize consultative sales techniques to establish and nurture client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Business Development: Leverage CoStar Group's comprehensive property data to identify and engage potential clients, successfully closing new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to enhance sales performance and revenue generation.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and market dynamics within your designated territory.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer support, providing valuable market insights, and proposing solutions that align with their objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in web, publications, or commercial real estate advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to previous employers.
