Position Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will represent our advanced digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will collaborate with top-tier property owners and brokers to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that effectively showcases and differentiates their property portfolios. Your success will hinge on your ability to cultivate enduring, service-oriented client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management – Establish and nurture relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor regarding their strategic marketing initiatives.
  2. New Business Development – Identify and engage potential clients to drive sales and secure new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborative Teamwork – Work alongside colleagues across various teams to enhance sales performance.
  4. Industry Knowledge – Gain expertise in digital advertising strategies and the commercial real estate sector.
  5. Customer-Centric Approach – Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer support through regular communication and tailored solutions that help clients achieve their objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  2. A minimum of four years of proven success in sales and account management within the commercial real estate sector or in selling digital advertising solutions.
  3. Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets and quotas.
  4. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

  1. Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed strategic recommendations.
  3. Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
  4. Self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
