Your Role
As a Commercial Investment Advisor, you will leverage our advanced Salesforce platform, which is tailored to enhance lead generation and business development. You will be supported by a dedicated in-house team focused on data management and salesforce administration.
Who We Seek
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in commercial property management, asset management, leasing, or sales.
- Experience with at least 10 real estate transactions in sectors such as Retail, Office, Multifamily, STNL, or Seniors Housing.
- If your background is in property or asset management, you should have participated in at least 5 transactions involving the acquisition or disposition of real estate investment assets.
- Experience in the development of real estate investment assets, particularly in a financial capacity, for a minimum of 3 years is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, particularly in business outreach and development.
- Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
- A background in Real Estate is beneficial.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA, Law Degree, or PhD are highly desirable.
