Business Development Specialist

Nerton Construction is seeking a skilled Business Development Coordinator to drive profitable opportunities and establish new business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the construction, architecture, or interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and growth projections
• Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Update client databases and email lists
• Prepare financial projections and sales targets
• Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences
• Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
• Produce reports for management
